They consist of a pair of elasticated shorts and a pair of protective pads.
The pads are manufactured from a shock absorbing material that absorbs at least 60 per cent of the impact during a fall.
This material shapes itself to the contours of the body, ensuring a perfect fit.
They are also less than 1cm (1/2 inch) thick, allowing them to be worn comfortably during the night.
The Padded Hip Protector Shorts are machine washable.
