The Dyna-Tek Intelligent Air Wheelchair Cushion is designed to provide advanced pressure redistribution for wheelchair users who are at very high risk of pressure ulcer development. The cushion uses Reactive Airflow technology, which allows air to move between internal cells as the user changes position. This helps distribute pressure more evenly across the seating surface while maintaining comfort, without the need to inflate, adjust or routinely re-pump the cushion. Its self-maintaining valve system also helps prevent overfilling and reduces air loss over time.

A castellated foam surface works alongside the air cells to further improve pressure redistribution, while the contoured shape provides postural support to encourage a stable and comfortable sitting position.
