Product Details

The Oxford Midi 180 Electric Mobile Hoist has established itself as the go-to industry standard in homecare, delivering exceptional performance given its compact size.

With a safe working load of 180kg (28 stone), the Oxford Midi 180 Electric Hoist offers an ideal solution for community and nursing settings, all while accommodating potential space constraints. It boasts a detachable battery pack and a convenient desktop charger for added convenience.

This mobile hoist features SmartTM Monitor diagnostic and service controls as a standard feature and includes an excellent emergency lift system. This system consists of a spring-loaded mechanical lowering device that exclusively activates under a load. To initiate a controlled and safe descent, the device must be manually twisted.

The hoist's legs are easily adjustable using an ergonomic foot pedal, which locks them securely in place to prevent accidental unfolding. Furthermore, this foot pedal mechanism has a latch/lock function that simplifies leg adjustment, allowing for hassle-free manoeuvrability around objects such as beds, chairs, and wheelchairs.

The hoist's low-profile, high-quality castors effortlessly glide beneath most types of furniture and across various surfaces. Additionally, the rear castors feature brakes for enhanced safety during operation.

Designed with practicality in mind, the Oxford Midi 180 Electric Hoist features an angled boom to facilitate floor lifting and a generously sized push handle for effortless manoeuvring. The handheld controller promotes independent patient usage, affording caregivers the freedom to provide support with both hands. To ensure patient safety, the spreader bar is padded.

The Oxford Midi Mobile hoist can be found in two versions in this area of the shop; electric and hydraulic.
