The Atlas Advance Patient Turner is the next generation of moving and handling equipment from NRS Healthcare, and has been thoughtfully designed with the comfort, safety and ergonomics of both the caregiver and user in mind.

The Atlas Advance has been created to help reduce any strain on carers, reducing the risk of injury, and to deliver a safe and comfortable transfer for those users who require some additional support when standing from a sitted position. Ergonomically designed with comfort and safety in mind, the Atlas provides excellent moving and handling for both caregiver and patient.

With its unique, four bar handle design, offering a wide range of hand positions, it can easily adapt to users of different heights enabling them to pull themselves up to standing without any need for stretching or straining. For the highest levels of comfort and well-being, it is equipped with contoured, padded knee rests; that are both height and width adjustable allowing it to suit a variety of individual shapes and sizes.

Designed to be easy to control and position, it is fitted with central wheels and four castors; the wheels can be simultaneously locked for additional safety and security. The low height of the standing platform allows it to fit under most divan beds and makes it easy to step onto; the platform also features a non-slip mat for added security. The Atlas Advance Patient Turner is suitable for those who are able to support their own weight helping the user to stay active.

An optional safety belt may be used with the Atlas Advance for those users who may benefit from the greater sense of security that this may offer. Available in 3 sizes, these are all available in the drop down menu.

Small Safety Belt:   To fit Hip Size:  90cms - 105cms (35 - 41 inches)

Medium Safety Belt:   To fit Hip Size:  100cms - 120cms (39 - 47 inches)

Large Safety Belt:   To fit Hip Size:  115cms - 140cms (45 - 55 inches)
