The DynaPro Torticollis Orthosis is engineered as a smart combination of static and dynamic therapy, providing a gentle yet effective corrective force to reverse mild to severe torticollis. This innovative collar delivers targeted, low-load prolonged stretch to the neck, helping to lengthen tight muscles and improve posture while remaining comfortable and adaptive to movement.
Featuring a semi-rigid thermoplastic upright with 'flex' technology, the orthosis is both heat-mouldable and adjustable, allowing it to smoothly flex during involuntary muscle spasms without compromising support. Its unique “bend-to-fit” shoulder cuff ensures a tailored fit for each individual—simply mould to the patient's contours and secure with the integrated shoulder strap for precise alignment.
Recommended for lateral neck contractures caused by spasticity, this orthosis supports therapy goals by maintaining gentle corrective pressure while enabling some freedom of movement. Regular adjustments—typically every 4–6 weeks—help to sustain effectiveness as contractures resolve.
