The DynaPro Resting Hand WHFO is a resting orthosis designed to support and protect the wrist, hand, and fingers in a functional position. It is particularly suited to patients with moderate to severe contractures, high tone, or neurological conditions such as stroke, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, or cerebral palsy.
The orthosis features a rigid, mouldable frame that can be carefully adjusted to meet individual clinical requirements, helping to position the hand and wrist comfortably while promoting proper alignment. The addition of Thumb Ease positioning ensures the thumb is supported away from the palm, reducing the risk of contracture and skin breakdown while maintaining hygiene access.
