The SoftPro™ Functional Resting WHFO is an advanced, adaptable orthosis designed to support and protect the wrist, hand, and fingers in functional alignment. Tailored for individuals with moderate contractures, this device is highly effective in managing conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, tissue shortening, and reduced range of motion.
Built around a “bend-to-fit” endoskeletal frame, it allows quick, no-tools manual shaping to match individual anatomy and therapeutic needs. The adjustable design includes an extra-long wrist strap that gently holds the wrist in proper alignment while applying a mild stretch. A custom thumb support adds stability and helps correct alignment if needed.
Constructed from lightweight, soft, and durable antimicrobial materials, it offers lasting comfort while helping reduce the risk of odour and infection. The colour-coded strap system simplifies accurate fitting, and an extra cover is provided for optional laundering—ideal for clinical or home care environments where hygiene and fit consistency are essential.
