The Merlin Bathboard is a practical bathing aid designed to allow the user to sit securely while washing in the bath. It is suitable for people who find standing difficult for extended periods and can help reduce the risk of slips and falls during bathing.
An adjustable, self-locating fixing system allows the bathboard to grip securely to a wide range of bath types, including iron, steel and plastic baths. The slatted top surface allows water to drain away during use, helping to prevent water from collecting on the board. An optional handle can be added to provide additional support when sitting down or standing up, and to make handling the board easier when fitting or removing it.
The Merlin Bathboard is designed for regular home use and provides a stable, supportive seating option for safer bathing.

No worries as the merlin bath board seat fits snugly and securely on the bath and I felt secure in using it. It was easy to fix to and remove from the bath. It was also easily kept clean, so all in all extremely pleases with the use and easy clean materials. Would highly recommend this product. P hudson. -

Good sturdy product that my husband trusted to take his weight and not topple. only drawback is that eventually moisture seeps in (via the screw holes maybe?) and the internal wooden slats rot. This was a replacement for one (exact same) we'd had in continuous use for 2 years. The merlin bath board "lived" in the bath/shower so got wet everyday. Will replace with same product when this reaches end of life. -
