Product Details

The Prima Bath Step Stool is a high quality, large bath step stool with handle that is intended for use in the bathroom. The ideal aid for elderly or disabled individuals who might suffer from restricted or limited movement, the step stool allows easier entry to and exit from the bath with the additional benefit of a sturdy height adjustable hand rail. wassist stepping into the bath or shower, and around the home to access higher levels preventing the need to stretch.

The Prima Step Stool with handrail has a strong steel frame with a moulded plastic step section that features slip resistant rubber pads, that are warm to the touch, to prevent slips even when wet, and has a steel support handle which is height adjustable and features a soft touch non slip grip. The Prima Home Step sits on the floor, on four anti slip feet, which keep it securely in place.

The step can also be used around the home to assist with stepping up and down or accessing higher levels without over stretching. The support handle is adjusted easily by removing the two clips and sliding up or down to the next level and replaceing the push e-clips.

All of our Prima Step Stools are supplied as standard with one handle, should you require an additional handle you can add one to your order using the drop down options menu at the top of this page.

    This step stool allows me to get out of my shower / bath without help. At less than 5ft and nearing 80 yrs , a recent bout of ill health has made this more difficult and I have had to ask for help in stepping over the edge of the bath to the floor. The height adjustable handle is ideal. The platform just the right height . Staff at essentialaids really helpful when I found that I made an error on the previous order. This has given me back my independence so I can make considered decision wi replacing shower bath . Thank you.

    I have a raised shower and have mobility problems. having 2 handles makes it much easier for me to step into the cubicle. I have a 1 handled step but 2 handles is just what I needed. At 88 years old it makes me independent again.
