The Atlantic Shower Commode Chair is a wheeled shower and toileting chair designed to support safer personal care routines for users who need assistance in the bathroom. The plastic-coated steel frame is built for daily use and provides a stable base when manoeuvring between rooms or positioning over a shower area or toilet. Braked castors help keep the chair securely in place when stationary, while the chair remains easy to push and steer when moving. The blue colour coordinated brakes make it easier for carers to identify the braking points quickly.
For safer transfers, the armrests are designed to adapt to the user’s needs. They can drop down, swing back, or be detached completely, which can help with side transfers and positioning. The hygienic arm catch is simple to operate and supports secure use during transfers. A white clip-on aperture seat is included, and the backrest and arms can be removed easily for cleaning.
The Atlantic Shower Commode Chair is available in multiple sizes and capacities. Bariatric versions include a front cut-out in the aperture seat to support easier personal cleansing. Optional extras, including a toilet roll holder and a square commode bowl, are available separately.

He mistakenly ordered the 18" one which you kindly exchanged with no hassle. The chair is fantastic and allows plenty mobility and room for my carers showering me (i am virtually unable to move on my own due to ms).
