They were unable to deliver the item as we were away for a few days. The card they left indicated it was "at a local post office" and trying to find out which of the six possible post offices it was was unsuccessful after two hours of trying - negotiating their website was frustrating. In the end I went to what I thought it would be and picked up the parcel in tact. Your packaging was very good, we assembled the seat quite easily - the instruction leaflet was simple and to the point. Finally, I have used the seat and it suits me fine. thank you. -

So easy to use and priced realistically. I cannot recommend it highly enough. -

Very well made, all fits together without drama using the clear instructions provided. I use it in place of stool, which my wife deemed unsafe as the seat was very slippery when wet. I can now sit in front of the shower in perfect comfort without any risk at all, bliss. Delighted with purchase at very competitive price and pre sale service from essential aids was excellent.
