The Charing Attendant Propelled Shower Chair is designed to make assisted bathing safer and more comfortable for both the user and the carer. With a strong polymer-coated steel frame, it is suitable for daily use in wet rooms, bathrooms and level-access showers. The corrosion-resistant coating ensures long-term durability while remaining easy to clean and maintain.
A comfortable plastic seat and supportive armrests provide stability while showering. The armrests can be removed when needed, allowing safer side transfers for users with limited mobility. The rear pram-style handle gives the attendant full control when manoeuvring, and four smooth-running castors make it easy to guide the chair in and out of the shower area. All castors are fitted with wheel guards and integrated brakes to keep the chair securely in place during transfers.
Manufactured in the UK and tested to British Standards, the Charing Attendant Propelled Shower Chair is built with practicality and reliability in mind. It is delivered fully assembled and ready for immediate use, with no tools required.

Review by G Kirk Posted on 19/08/2020 11:32:31I placed my order with essential aids on the 9th june. At the time of order I had a couple of queries which where answered quickly and efficiently. The order process was easy and the chair was rapidly dispatched. My wife who the chair was for and myself are very happy with the chair which is easy to manoeuvre and position in our walk in shower. The only criticism I would make is that the removable arms can be difficult to reinsert, if removed, otherwise we are extremely pleased with the chair and its finish.
