Ordered tri walker for my husband on a Monday night. Informed processed next day and delivered by parcel force Wednesday at the time they had informed me. Very pleased with service. Tri walker easy to assemble seems sturdy and good quality, and my husband loves it.

When I ordered from you I got an immediate response and even a phone call. Top marks already. Then the walker arrived next day. Wow! Great service. By mistake I received 2 walkers. When I told Essential aids they said I should keep the 2nd frame and give it to charity or someone else in need. Can you believe that!! It is such a generous thing to do and fits entirely with the spirit of our current crisis. Thanks. Essential aids you are brilliant.
