The Carina 350EE Mobile Hoist offers a practical combination of lifting capability, compact dimensions and easy storage for users weighing up to 165kg (26 st). Designed for both seated and supine transfers, it can accommodate a variety of everyday lifting situations, including transfers to and from beds and chairs as well as lifting from floor level.

Despite its relatively compact footprint, the Carina 350EE has a generous lifting range of 58-168cm (22.8-66.1"). This allows the lifting position to be adjusted for both low and higher transfers, making the hoist a versatile option where different types of transfer may need to be carried out with the same equipment. Its base is 68cm (26.8") wide when closed, helping with manoeuvring through rooms and positioning in areas where space is restricted.

Electrical base widening allows the legs to be opened from 68cm to 108cm (26.8-42.5"), providing additional clearance when positioning around beds, chairs and other furniture. Controls are operated from the supplied hand control, while the relatively lightweight 36kg steel construction and maintenance-free twin castors help carers manoeuvre the hoist during regular use.

A major advantage of the Carina 350EE is its folding design. The hoist can be folded or set up without tools or loose components and occupies considerably less space when stored or transported. It is supplied in its folded position, making it particularly practical where a hoist may need to be transported between locations or stored when not required.

The hoist comes complete with a 45cm (17.7") SlingBar M. This two-point aluminium sling bar features safety latches that help prevent the sling straps from working their way out of position and is suitable for a wide range of lifting situations. Compatible lifting slings and other accessories can be selected separately according to the individual user's transfer and support requirements.

Built-in charging keeps routine recharging straightforward, while encapsulated 10cm (3.9") twin castors are designed for smooth movement without readily collecting dust and dirt around the castor mechanism. For additional reassurance, the Carina 350EE incorporates an accessible emergency stop together with both manual and electrical emergency lowering.
