For users whose body shape makes positioning in a conventional lifting sling more difficult, the Flexible Divided Net Sling offers a softer and more adaptable alternative. Its polyester net construction follows the contours of the body, making it particularly suitable for people with deformities and those who use moulded seating.

Full support extends from the tailbone to above the head and beneath the legs. This high back shape provides additional head support and holds the user in a slightly reclined seated posture during lifting. The sling can be used for routine transfers between a bed and wheelchair as well as for lifting someone from a recumbent position on the floor.

This version features divided leg sections without reinforcement. Their softer, more pliable construction allows the material to conform closely around the legs with less bulk and rigidity than reinforced supports. The divided arrangement also makes application and removal easier for the carer, allowing the sling to be removed after a transfer rather than remaining beneath the user.

Airy polyester net makes the sling flexible and breathable, an advantage when it is used alongside moulded seating or where heat build-up may be uncomfortable. If required, the material also means the sling can remain beneath the user in a wheelchair, moulded seat or similar seating following a transfer.

The Flexible Divided Net Sling is offered in six sizes from XXS to XL. Recommended user weights range from 10kg to 130kg depending on size, with a safe working load of 300kg (47.2 st) across the range.
