The Therabath Paraffin Wax Bath is a professional-grade thermotherapy system suitable for both home and clinical use. Widely used within NHS settings, it delivers consistent therapeutic heat to help relieve discomfort associated with arthritis, joint stiffness, muscle aches and inflammation while also promoting circulation to the treated area.
Using warm paraffin wax, the bath helps transfer heat deep into the tissues, which may improve comfort and flexibility in the hands, feet, elbows and other joints. The treatment can also help soften and moisturise dry, cracked skin by encouraging natural moisture to move towards the skin's surface.
Designed with safety and reliability in mind, the unit features dual internal thermostats that automatically maintain the wax within a therapeutic temperature range of 52.2°C - 56.7°C (126°F - 134°F). This ensures consistent performance without the need for manual temperature adjustment.
Supplied with six 1lb bags of paraffin wax, a protective grille, lid and power cord, the Therabath Paraffin Wax Bath is ready for use straight out of the box. Backed by a five-year warranty, it provides a dependable solution for long-term therapeutic heat treatment.
