Constructed from robust, heavy-duty steel tubing, the Freeway T60's frame is exceptionally strong and features a waterproof nylon coating that provides a sleek, glossy finish. This construction ensures the chair remains rust-free in wet environments and can support users up to 200kg (30 stone), making it ideal for a wide range of individuals.
The chair features a well-padded cut-out seat, which enhances hygiene and ease of cleaning, along with a backrest made from flame-retardant, durable, and wipe-clean material for long-lasting comfort. The large-diameter, high-quality wheels are water-resistant, ensuring smooth mobility over uneven surfaces and shower thresholds.
A Freeway shower chair is typically maneuvered between a shower and over a toilet. To use as a standalone commode you will need to buy the Oval Pan (EA27901) which is sold separately.
