The Silipos Gel-Fit Metatarsal Pad is designed to help relieve pressure and discomfort under the ball of the foot. Supplied as a pair, these elastic sleeves position a soft gel pad directly beneath the metatarsal area to cushion and support the forefoot during everyday activities.
