The Stand Aid Sling is designed specifically for use with stand assist hoists to help users move safely from a seated to a standing position. It is suitable for individuals who have a degree of weight-bearing ability but require support during transfers.
The sling provides padded back support to help keep the user comfortable and secure while standing. A non-slip back pad helps maintain position during lifting, while the adjustable support belt helps ensure the sling fits firmly around the user for improved safety and stability.
Made from durable polyester fabric, the sling is designed to withstand frequent use in both home care and professional healthcare environments. Its open design also allows improved access for toileting during transfers, making it practical for daily care routines.
Two positioning handles allow carers to guide and adjust the user safely while using the hoist. The sling uses loop fittings compatible with most standard stand assist hoists and is machine washable for easy hygiene maintenance.
Available in four sizes with colour-coded bindings to help carers quickly identify the correct sling.
