The TheraBand FlexBar is a durable and effective hand and wrist exerciser designed to strengthen the forearms, wrists, hands, and fingers. Made from flexible natural rubber with a ridged surface for enhanced grip, it provides targeted resistance training for rehabilitation and performance improvement.
Lightweight and portable, the FlexBar can be used at home, in the clinic, or on the go. It is widely recommended for conditions such as tennis elbow, golfer’s elbow, tendonitis, and medial epicondylitis, helping to relieve pain and rebuild strength without the need for surgery or braces.
Clinically proven to increase tendon strength by up to 72% in tennis elbow patients, it offers a safe and effective way to improve grip, coordination, and endurance. The simple twisting and bending exercises can be adapted for all ages and ability levels, from rehabilitation patients to elite athletes.
Available in four colour-coded resistance levels, each FlexBar measures 30 cm (12") in length, allowing users to progress gradually as their strength improves.
