To choose the correct size, measure from the nape of the neck to the sacrum (or measure from the top of head to the sacrum if head support is required).
Extra Small: 500-600mm (19 1/2-23 1/2 inches)
Small: 600-850mm (23 1/2-33 1/2 inches)
Medium: 850-1050mm (33 1/2-41 inches)
Medium/Large: 850-1050mm (33 1/2-41 inches) has a larger aperture.
Large: 1050-1200mm (41-47 inches)
