The item are alright delivery was good .the only moan was the order wasn't confirmed. Other than paypal confirmation that payment had been sent .
the email was unable to be delivered ,to confirm the order had been received.

The flannel strap is a great help to my father, allowing him to wash more easily. The only comment I would make is that it would be really good if it was longer as with reduced mobility he still has to bend his arms a little too much to wash effectively. Would it be possible to increase the length or offer a extra long version? This would make washing even easier. But generally pleased. 4/5.
