The Inspiration 2 Cot with CPR and Lullaby VE Mattress is a premium paediatric care solution designed and manufactured in the UK. Compliant with EN 50637:2017 paediatric bed safety standards, it is intended for hospital and specialist care environments where safety, infection control and clinical functionality are essential.

The cot features electrically operated height adjustment along with head-down and foot-down tilt functions, allowing clinicians to position the child safely and appropriately for treatment or comfort. In the event of a power failure, a battery back-up system is included as standard to maintain key functionality.

Integral telescopic drop-down side rails provide six height positions above the mattress platform, offering flexibility between maximum protection and improved clinical access. The design prevents accidental lowering and cannot be operated by the infant. Transparent head and foot ends allow clear visibility for monitoring, while remaining removable to provide 360° access when required. Integrated access points support the safe routing of IV lines and medical tubing.

For emergency situations, the cot includes dual red CPR release handles at the foot end, allowing the mattress platform to be levelled quickly. The handset automatically locks after 30 seconds of inactivity to reduce the risk of unauthorised or unintentional operation, and a self-locking storage box secures the handset and cables when not in use.

The cot is mounted on anti-static castors with colour-coded linked brake bar pedals offering brake, free and steer positions. A drop-down shelf at the foot end provides additional working space with a safe working load of 30kg, and folds neatly away when not required.
