The Nimbo Posture Walker is a lightweight posterior walking frame designed to support users from behind, encouraging a more upright posture and improved trunk extension. By positioning the arms naturally at the user’s sides, it promotes a smoother, more fluid walking pattern and greater confidence during mobility. This makes it particularly suitable for children, young people, and adults who benefit from postural support while walking, both indoors and outdoors.
For safety and control, the Nimbo childrens walking frame features a one-directional rear wheel system that helps prevent the frame from rolling backwards. Soft, non-marking rubber wheels provide excellent grip on a wide range of surfaces, while an anti-reverse override allows carers or clinicians to disengage the mechanism when forward and backward movement is required. Front swivel wheels improve manoeuvrability and turning, with an easy swivel-lock option available when greater directional control is needed.
Made from a sturdy yet lightweight aluminium frame, the Nimbo is height adjustable without tools and folds easily for transport or storage.
