Product Details
The Nesting Steps are a versatile rehabilitation aid suitable for physiotherapy, movement therapy and exercise programmes for both children and adults. Designed to help improve posture, body mechanics, balance and movement control, they can be used in a wide variety of therapeutic activities and training exercises.
The set comprises four steps of different heights, allowing therapists and users to create progressive challenges or adapt activities to individual needs. The steps can be used alongside seating, desks, mats and other therapy equipment, making them suitable for clinical, educational and rehabilitation environments.
Manufactured from wood with a non-slip top surface, the steps provide a stable platform during use. When not required, the steps neatly nest together to reduce storage space and keep therapy areas organised.
