The Softform Gel Heelpad is designed to help relieve pressure on the heel area by using independent gel sacs that distribute weight evenly and reduce pressure concentration. This makes it particularly suitable for users who spend extended periods in bed and require additional protection for vulnerable skin.
The controlled volume of gel allows the heels to immerse into the pad, helping to minimise pressure on sensitive areas while improving comfort. The heel pad can be used independently as a pressure-relieving aid or alongside the Invacare Odstock Wedge for enhanced positioning and support.
A durable polyurethane base and vapour-permeable cover provide a practical and hygienic solution that is easy to wipe clean. Three disposable protective covers are supplied to help maintain cleanliness and reduce the risk of contamination.
Available in Single and Double versions.
