TheraStep Plantar Fasciitis Arch Sleeves are designed to provide gentle compression and targeted cushioning to the arch of the foot. The elastic sleeve fits comfortably around the midfoot and features an integrated gel pad positioned beneath the arch to help absorb shock and reduce pressure during walking or standing.
The supportive sleeve helps stabilise the foot and may help reduce strain on the plantar fascia and surrounding tendons. This can assist in relieving discomfort associated with conditions such as plantar fasciitis, tendonitis, heel spurs and heel neuromas.
The gel pad provides soft cushioning and a subtle massaging effect with each step, helping improve comfort throughout daily activities. The compression from the sleeve also helps keep the gel pad securely positioned under the arch while providing light support.
