The Beurer TL45 Day Light Therapy Lamp is designed to support wellbeing by simulating natural daylight. It is commonly used to help manage the effects of seasonal affective disorder (SAD), jet lag, and disrupted sleep patterns.
The lamp offers three light modes—therapy, active, and relax—each tailored to different times of the day. Therapy mode emits up to 10,000 lux at a distance of 20cm and is medically certified for effective light therapy.
