Johnston Posted on 01/08/2026 20:10:43Brought this giant half step as I have a step outside my front door but no grab rail so decided to purchuse a half step looked at various products but either just a little step or plastic contruction I needed something that would make the door easier to access with a rollator. So when I found this step on essential aids website I was amazed at the price I got this in the sale aswell so added bonus! Was really pleased it came with 2 handrails aswell. The handrails are seperate to the main part so be warned unwrap everything together as I put the step together first and then opened the rails after realising o dear was meant to put these on before the feet! 2 seperate sets of intructions! But overall easy to put together a solid bit of kit so sturdy and well constructed solid metal I cant believe what a difference it makes to be able to step out the front door and have the space to turn around and lock the door behind me usually with the smaller steps I find I have to step down then turn around and step back up and then your backwards! I love this step it really is worth every penny I feel so much safer using this product definatly reccomend. -
