Product Details
The Dycem Grippimat is a flexible grip aid that helps improve traction when opening tight jar lids, bottle tops and other difficult-to-grip objects. Cut from Dycem reel, it is thinner and more flexible than moulded Dycem mats, allowing it to wrap comfortably around lids to create a secure, non-slip grip with less effort.
Ideal for people with arthritis, reduced hand strength or limited dexterity, the Grippimat can also be used to stabilise household items on worktops or trays, helping to prevent them from sliding during everyday tasks. Available in either a round or rectangular format, and in a choice of blue or red, it is a simple but highly effective aid for the kitchen and around the home.

Versatile kitchen aid
Review by M. Cutler Posted on 02/04/2026 11:00:22The grippimat is an excellent aid around the kitchen that enables me do tasks with one hand. It's thickness makes it particularly resistant and it is great under a chopping board to hold it in place. It can also be used to grip lids and unscrew them when another mat is beneath the jar to hold it in place. I highly recommend this product.
