This Aktiv Reacher is a strong reaching aid with rubber faced jaws and a magnetic tip.
The jaws can be set in two positions so that the reacher can be used both vertically and horizontally without the user having to rotate the arm.
With a shaft made from lightweight aluminium, the Aktiv Reacher is available in several different versions.
As well as the standard model, there is also one with an angled handle, designed to more efficiently use the strength of the wrist.
The handles are moulded to improve precision by supporting the index finger.
The Aktiv reacher with power grip and hook has extra lower arm support, relieving stress on the wrist.
This combination of features make it useful for dressing and undressing.
The jaws are specifically designed to make it easy to push or pull clothing material.
