Product Details

The Stander Handy Handle is a useful tool for both carers and patients.

It consists of a sturdy metal frame with handgrips on either side that can be held by the carer and the patient.

The carer can then assist the patient when rising from a chair, bed or toilet.

The Stander Handy Handle offers extra leverage and security, thus reducing the chance of injuries.

It also reduces strain on the lower back, particularly when the patient is significantly heavier than the carer.

A compact design makes the Stander Handy Handle easy to carry and travel with.

Length: 12cm (4 1/2 inches).

Width: 19cm (9 1/2 inches).

Maximum safe user weight: 159kg (25 stone).

    I totally agree with the first reviewer in that it is easy to use, saves strain on the back. I was a bit sceptical, however, does what it says. Very pleased.

    I am extremely pleased with the handle, it is easy to use and works extremely well in assisting someone to be pulled up. I am not sure why it works better than hand to hand contact, I would definitely give this a five star rating.
