Product Details

The Airex Balance Pad is a versatile therapy and exercise aid used to support balance training, rehabilitation and functional movement exercises. Popular with physiotherapists, rehabilitation professionals and fitness users, it provides an unstable yet supportive surface that encourages the body to engage muscles responsible for balance, posture and coordination.

Manufactured from ultra-soft closed-cell foam, the pad compresses under pressure to create a controlled challenge during standing, stepping and weight-shifting exercises. This makes it particularly useful for balance retraining, joint stability exercises and improving body awareness. The textured waffle-pattern surface helps provide grip while also offering gentle sensory stimulation to the feet.

Suitable for both adults and children, the pad can be used independently or alongside other rehabilitation and exercise equipment. The waterproof closed-cell foam construction is easy to clean and has been treated to help resist the growth of bacteria, mould and fungi. It is also latex free and can be used in water as a buoyancy aid or swimming float.
