These Gel Therapy Balls are a classic rehabilitation aid which gradually build up the strength of the hand.

Occupational therapists often use them to strength-train fingers, hands and forearms.

The balls are pleasant to hold and bounce back to their round shape following each squeeze.

The Gel Therapy Balls are colour-coded for different grades of resistance:

Pink - Extra Soft.

Blue - Soft.

Green - Medium.

Orange - Firm.

Black - Extra Firm.
