I have advanced multiple sclerosis and find the aidapt motorised mini exercise bike helps bring dormant muscles back to life, so perfect for rehab. Easy to use - plug in, switch on, put your feet on pedals and this little passive exerciser does nearly all the work for you! I hadn’t done any exercise for years, so I started on the lowest level -1- for 3 minutes. Even that was enough to feel the effects. I use it every other day and will build up the level and time very gradually as even a short workout made me feel tired. I looked at other passive exercise machines, but this was the best, especially with disabled vat relief. Can recommend. -

Review by M. phillip fisher Posted on 28/08/2024 12:02:33Very good piece of equipment, very sturdy good settings (not very easy to use on the bed wobbles alot but on the floor very solid) shows distance calories used if you stop peddling for any reason after about 2 seconds of trying to rotate it shuts down very safe, but very sorry to say the power lead is very short about 1 meter in length so if like me very limited plugs and not near to were yo want to use it a extion lead is required, reasonable leads are about £15 to £20 so was good I didn't have to pay the vat due too ill heath over all quite happy. -
