The Over-Door Exercise Pulley is a simple yet effective rehabilitation aid that helps improve shoulder and arm mobility following a cerebrovascular accident (CVA), injury or surgery. By allowing the stronger arm to assist the weaker arm, it encourages controlled movement that can help improve range of motion, increase blood flow and support the gradual return of motor function.
