This wobble cushion can be used to train balance and stability. It combines the benefits of a gym ball, a wobble board, and a seating cushion into one. Its surface is covered with small nodules to provide better grip during exercises. The balance cushion is an interesting alternative to the balance board and is easier to store and more affordable.
