The Mattress Tilter is a simple sleeping aid designed to improve comfort by gently changing the angle of the mattress. Placed discreetly underneath an existing mattress, it helps raise either the lower or upper body depending on where it is positioned, without the need for bed adjustments or specialist equipment.
When placed at the foot of the bed, the tilter elevates the legs to help relieve discomfort associated with swollen ankles, varicose veins, lower back pain, and general fatigue. This gentle elevation supports improved circulation and can make resting more comfortable during the night.

Good for reflux and leg circulation
Review by S. Baker Posted on 19/02/2026 07:29:48I recently bought two of these for my mum. I bought two to go along the head of the bed to help stop nocturnal reflux. It helped with that, but mum stator poorly as she slid down the bed. So I put one at the top and one at the bottom. This helps the reflux, mum no longer slides down the bed and it helps her poor circulation and her aching legs. -
