This Replacement Strap for the 2-in-1 Bed Rail will fit beds up to a king size bed to ensure a snug and secure fit for your 2 in 1 bed rail.
If you have a larger bed, such as a Double or any bigger, you will need two sets of these straps to ensure optimal stability. This will make sure that your bed rail remains firmly in place, providing the support you need.
You can buy a single strap, a pair or boxes of 50 using the options here. The boxes are ideal for larger institutions who can re-use their 2 in 1 bed rails but just need the straps replacing.
