The Alerta Evacuation Sledge is designed to enable the safe and efficient movement of individuals to safety during an emergency.
The user is placed on the sledge, secured with the chest and leg straps, and guided to safety using pulling straps at each end. A built-in foot pouch adds extra security, while the flexible construction and low-friction underside allow controlled movement through doorways and down staircases.
The sledge folds neatly into three sections and comes supplied in a wall-mountable zip bag, ensuring it is compact, discreet, and always ready for immediate use. Designed for two-person operation, it provides carers with a reliable solution for emergency evacuations in care homes, hospitals, and community settings.
