These Full Length Mesh Bed Rail Protectors are designed for use with profiling beds to help improve user safety and comfort. The protectors fit over wooden bed rails and create a padded barrier that helps reduce the risk of injury or entrapment between the rails.

The design includes foam-padded sections that wrap around the top and bottom rails, connected by a strong transparent mesh panel. This mesh section helps reduce the feeling of confinement while still providing protection, and it allows the protectors to fold neatly when the bed rails are lowered.

The outer cover is made from polyester fabric with a PVC coating, creating a wipe clean and fluid-resistant surface that supports infection control procedures. The foam inner provides cushioning along the rails to soften the contact surface.

Supplied as a pair, the protectors are fitted to each side of the bed and attach securely using zip and hook and loop fastenings. The materials are flame retardant to British Standard requirements and resistant to bacteria such as MRSA, making them suitable for both care environments and home use.
