The TheraStep Gel Achilles Heel Sleeve is designed to help cushion and protect the back of the heel and Achilles tendon area from pressure, friction and impact during everyday movement. The lightweight, toeless sleeve fits comfortably around the heel and ankle, helping to reduce irritation that can occur from footwear or repetitive activity.
A soft gel pad is positioned over the Achilles area to provide targeted cushioning where it is needed most. This helps absorb pressure from footwear and may help relieve discomfort associated with conditions such as Achilles tendonitis, bursitis, heel pain and pump bump.
The gel is infused with medical grade mineral oil which gradually releases to help soften and moisturise the skin during wear. This helps improve comfort while also protecting the skin from dryness or rubbing.
Made from soft, stretchable fabric, the sleeve conforms to the shape of the foot for a secure and comfortable fit. The open toe design allows it to be worn comfortably with most types of footwear including everyday shoes, athletic trainers, ski boots, skates and cleats.
Suitable for use on either the left or right foot, the sleeve can be worn throughout the day as needed. It is washable and reusable, making it a practical option for ongoing foot care.
