For me it was day 1!! I found this pillow exactly right and so comfortable the first night I tried it. -

It came recommended by my physiotherapist and he told me the correct pillow to buy for my specific needs ( neck and upper back problems). I could feel the difference from day one - very beneficial. I thought I would struggle with this type of pillow asi tend to sleep on my front but it does help me sleep on my side which I understand is better. Highly recommend. -

I’ve used a tempur pillow for years thinking it was the best product for me, but after my physio recommended this one I would never go back. It is so much better, it supports without pressure and feels like weightless sleep. I have a long running neck issue (15 years) and the harley pillow is changing my quality of life.
