The Apollo Olympus Folding Bariatric Bed combines the strength and space required for bariatric care with a practical folding design that makes installation, transportation and storage more manageable. Designed for use at home and in professional care environments, its generous 120cm (47.2") wide mattress platform provides additional space and support for larger users.

Despite its substantial 380kg (59.8 st) safe working load, the Olympus has been designed with ease of handling in mind. The bed can be installed by a single person and its fast-folding mechanism allows setup in as little as 60 seconds, making it particularly useful where beds need to be transported, relocated or installed efficiently.

Fully electric profiling provides independent adjustment of the backrest and leg sections, alongside a mattress platform height range of 33cm - 73cm (13" - 28.7"). This allows the user's position to be adapted for sleeping, resting and receiving care, while also helping carers work at a more appropriate height. Trendelenburg and reverse Trendelenburg positioning provide further flexibility.

An integrated auto-regression system helps reduce pressure and improve comfort as the bed profiles. Detachable aluminium side rails provide additional security, while the lockable handset allows greater control over operation. The Olympus uses a premium LINAK control system for dependable everyday performance.
