Product Details
The Dyna-Form Community Profiling Mattress provides comfortable pressure redistribution for users considered to be up to High Risk of pressure ulcer development. Made from durable CME foam, it is designed to work with electric profiling bed frames, allowing the mattress to move effectively as the bed position is adjusted.
Its single-sided castellated surface uses different cell sizes to provide targeted support across the body. Smaller castellations are positioned around the heel area, with larger cells towards the sacral region, helping redistribute pressure around particularly vulnerable areas. A tear duct cut within the foam further assists the mattress in adapting to movement and profiling.
The mattress is designed to be used without a turning programme, helping simplify moving and handling routines where appropriate. It supports users weighing up to 140kg (22 st) and measures 198cm (78") long by 88cm (34.6") wide.
A multi-stretch, vapour-permeable cover helps reduce friction and shear while assisting with moisture management. The fabric is impregnated with an anti-fungal agent, while the fully sewn construction helps prevent fluid ingress and supports routine decontamination. The cover can be laundered at temperatures up to 95°C and is compatible with diluted hypochlorite solution.
