A pair of black Filton Ladies Extra Wide Shoes provide exceptional scope to adjust the fitting, making it ideal for swollen feet.

The removable insoles further increase the chances of finding a perfect fit.

They are often used by people whose condition leads their feet or ankles to swell (peripheral edema).

Featuring a single bar touch-fastening, the Filton Ladies Extra Wide Shoe 4E-6E has extra-long straps, giving plenty of scope for width adjustment.

A low-cut front section is ideal for high or swollen insteps.

The leather is super-soft and the overall construction highly flexible making the shoe suitable for diabetics.

This pair of ultra-wide shoes for women have extra support underfoot and a seam-free front section to provide additional comfort.

They have an extra wide and deep toe area, padded ankle surrounds and a 3cm (1 inch) heel height.

These shoes are supplied with 2 removable insoles as well as the main insole in the shoe.

When used with all 3 insoles, the width is 4E. If one is removed, the width is 5E and if both are removed, the width is 6E.

    Got theses shoes for my sister in law, her feet and ankles have become swollen recently. They came within a few days, fit lovely and are nicely soft, excellent.
