Product Details
The Economy Coccyx Wedge relieves pressure on the tailbone.
Its special cut-out area means the coccyx and base of the spine is "floating" without physical contact with the cushion.
This is often of great benefit for those with sensitivity in the tailbone area.
The 11 degree angle of the Economy Coccyx Wedge cushion gently tilts the pelvis forwards, ensuring correct posture in the spine. The 11 degree angle is accepted as producing the optimum sitting position and correct posture. The cut-out at the back of the cushion allows the coccyx to be suspended without pressure.
It is easily transportable and comes with a carry handle and can also be used in a car seat as an infill.
Made from standard foam with a generous 2 cm layer of high density memory foam for improved comfort. It comes supplied with a removable, black, cotton twill cover.
