The JuleCush was created by an experienced Community Nurse in order to address the issue of knee pain and back injuries that are common among carers and healthcare professionals.

It is ideal for individuals who spend a lot of time treating patients in uncomfortable positions.

When treating lower limb injuries for example, the JuleCush allows for a more comfortable kneeling position and alleviates the need to bend over for extended periods.

The product comes in three parts that pack away into an easy to transport carry bag.

• Kneeling wedge - a foam base constructed from polyurethane is fixed to a visco-elastic memory foam top.

This makes for an excellent wedge that is both shock-absorbing and pressure relieving.

The memory foam top adopts the shape of the kneecap providing excellent support and minimum impact to the joint.

• Seating wedge - made from high-density polyurethane to allow for maximum comfort whilst in the kneeling position.

Both wedges can be combined and knelt on simultaneously to provide extra comfort and safety.

Each is supplied with a waterproof, zip-up, removable cover that features an anti-slip base.

• Carry bag - this allows for both wedges to be carried and makes for easy storage.

It is constructed from a waterproof, multi-stretch fabric with a zip.

The bag also features a pocket to store important items.

A cushioned shoulder strap and the extremely light weight of the product make for easy transportation.

All three parts of the product are available in navy blue.

The JuleCush has been fully endorsed by Manual handling, Infection control and Health and Safety professionals.

Kneeling Wedge: 360 x 370 x 80 down to 40mm (14 x 14 1/2 x 3 down to 1 1/2 inches).

Seating Wedge: 460 x 330 x 100 down to 10mm (18 x 13 x 4 down to 1/4 inches).
