The Nurse Call Floor Alarm Mat is a monitoring system that requires a nurse call system.
This mat can be placed at a user's bedside or anywhere else in the bedroom and will alert the carer if they wander or fall over.
Included with the mat is a unique patent-pending 6" lead that has been endorsed globally by care professionals.
It is attached to the Nurse Call Floor Alarm Mat and allows for the connection of a Patient Call Lead or other sensor mats while only using one nurse call point.
A large 550mm x 800mm (21.5" x 31.5") area reduces the possibility of a patient overstepping the mat, thus increasing user safety.
When pressure is applied to the sensor mat, an audible alarm sounds on the nurse call system and a visual warning alerts the caregiver that someone is moving.
