The Alcatel TMax10+ Big Button Telephone is a simple-to-use corded telephone designed for people with mild hearing loss, reduced vision or limited dexterity. It connects directly to a standard telephone socket or broadband router/hub and requires no mains power supply or batteries, making it an easy and reliable choice for home use. It is also compatible with the UK digital phone switchover.

Large, high-contrast buttons with raised Braille markings make dialling straightforward, while six programmable photo memory buttons allow frequently called family members or friends to be contacted at the touch of a button. A further 10 indirect memory locations provide additional quick-dial convenience, and a last number redial function makes returning missed calls simple.

The handset features an audio boost button that increases the call volume by up to 20dB during conversations, helping make speech clearer. The phone is also hearing aid compatible for improved listening comfort.

Incoming calls are easy to notice thanks to an adjustable ringer of up to 85dB and a bright visual ring indicator. A built-in hands-free speakerphone allows comfortable conversations without holding the handset, while the wall-mountable design offers flexible installation where space is limited.
